Multi-channel creative

Branding, digital and print design of ELL-U, a 3-year contract initiative for the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE), 2010-2013. My role encompassed overall art direction, graphic/visual design and web project coordination. For the website, I teamed with communications staff to develop UX, designed the UI, managed our web development vendor, performed user testing, and wrote page copy.

ELL-U.org won the 2011 WebAward Standard of Excellence for outstanding achievement in web development. The site was sunsetted after contract end, and selected resources were moved to OCTAE's umbrella site, www.lincs.ed.gov.
